Mariners Sign Fernando Rodney

Does this hat have enough tilt?
In my opinion the Seattle Mariners have made yet another stupid move in an off season full of stupid moves. They first signed Robinson Cano to a massive 10 year contact with barely anyone in the lineup to protect him, Then proceeded to acquire Cory Hart and Logan Morrison, now they sign Fernando Rodney to a 2 year $14 Million contract. Fernando Rodney had one monstrous season and will be 37 years old. The rest of his career has been below average and terrible for a reliever. He pitched to a 4.07 ERA from 2005 - 2011 before his great season in 2012 where he had a 0.60 ERA.

The Mariners have much more important needs that need to be filled, but yet they are over paying for an inconsistent and possibly inadequate closer. Again, in my opinion his behavior on the field is unprofessional by making the action of shooting an arrow after every save and wearing his hat basically sideways. The Seattle Mariners should have invested the $7 Million annual salary that they are going to give Rodney in a right handed power bat or a much needed starting pitcher.
